Agar-Agar

Made for the GMTK Game Jam 2024. 

First ever game jam entry but didn't finish to my liking unfortunately. I got very stuck trying to understand and make AI work. Still wanted to upload and submit for the experience and to mark my starting point.

Controls:
WASD - move camera
Q or mouse scroll up - zoom out
E or mouse scroll down - zoom in
Click - spawn in new 'cells' at cursor

The pitch for those who are interested:
'Play' as a small cell on the agar dish. You are only able to spawn in other cells whose size will depend on the camera zoom level. Try to grow your cell to become the biggest cell on the petri dish. Watch out for the existing cells though. they can be distracted away with a prey of suitable size.
